Jessica Roberts, B.S.

Analyst

Ms. Roberts holds a bachelor of science degree in biology with a minor in genetics. At Cato Research, she works closely with project managers, coordinating all project-related issues and documentation, including maintaining sponsor status reports, managing all project files, and assisting with clinical trial management. Ms. Roberts helps manage various projects, including Biologics License Applications (BLAs), Investigational New Drug applications (INDs), Orphan Drug Applications, and regulatory correspondence with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). She has experience in the preparation of both electronic and paper regulatory submissions to the Office of Orphan Products Development and the FDA, including BLA amendments and supplements, IND amendments, annual reports, postmarketing periodic reports, and meeting request letters in both traditional and common technical document format. Ms. Roberts is currently working on Phase 1 and Phase 2 clinical trials with indications in oncology and tuberculosis. Her other therapeutic areas of experience include infectious disease, antimigraine, asthma, and devices. Additionally, Ms. Roberts is a ventures coordinator with Cato BioVentures, attending and helping to coordinate meetings and teleconferences, as well as reviewing new technologies.
